Devta Mahavidyalaya, Morna is a recognised college. It is located in Noorpur Dhampur Raod Morna Bijnor. UP. Devta Mahavidyalaya is affiliated with Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University (MJPRU), Bareilly. It is a degree College. There many students are study. This College established on 2000 in District Bijnor. The college is a self finance institute managed by Devta Uchch Shiksha Prasar Samiti. The Management committee members belong to various walks of life and the founder of the college is Babu Balcharan Singh. This is the first self finance institute of the District BijnorThis is very popular college in bijnor. this college offered B.A. B.sc. & Other Courses.
The college initially began imparting teaching in Arts Faculty with the subjects- Hindi, English, Economics, Sociology, Sanskrit and Geography in 2000. The departments of Drawing & Painting and Home Science were also established in 2004. B.Sc. classes were started in 2007 with Bio group (Zoology, Botany, Chemistry) and Maths group (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) completed the subjects at graduation level in Science Faculty. Since the college is developing in both, the building and the faculty. At present the college has a huge building and many faculties, M.A. in Geography and Home Science (2008) and M.A. in English and Drawing & Painting (2009) upgraded face of the college.There is internet facility also available in all departments and Administrative Block. With all the above mentioned, the college feels that the
academic excellence has no limits and so the college continues to strive to reach higher and higher heights.
This college has a huge building, beautiful lawns, big sport ground, library and girls' hostel. college building is divided into blocks such as Administrative Block, Science Block, Arts Block, Commerce Block, Cultural/Extra Activity Block and Library Block. Each Block has separate girls' common room with attached necessary facilities. This college has well equipped modern and well maintained labs for Home Science, Drawing & Painting and Geography in Arts and Zoology, Botany, Physics and Chemistry in Science Stream. This College has a number of well furnished and airy classrooms and all classrooms are attached to the particular departments.
This college maintains a well-stocked library. The library is opened to bonafide students of all the classes. All important text books are kept in the reserve section to enable the students to write their tutorials. There is a well-equipped reading room, which subscribes to a large number of dailies, weeklies, periodicals and journals on a variety of subjects.
Each student should have a library card signed by the librarian if he/she wants to take the books for his/her study from the library. Student will have to return the book within the limited time, decided by the librarian. If he/she does not return the book in definite time, he/she will be fined.

NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME
In order to prepare volunteers for the service of the nation, the college runs National Service Scheme (NSS) with support from the ministry of Human Resource Development Group (H.R.D.G.), Government of India, and Department of Youth Welfare, Government of Utter Pradesh. Students of the college have done activities like plantation, adult education and literacy through special NSS camps
NATIONAL CADET CORPS
National Cadet Corps (N.C.C.) was raised in the college in 2009 with the name 9 UP Girls Bn.NCC Moradabad. There is one unit in our college.
SPORTS AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
This college has a developed playground behind the main building. Sports activities are organized from time to time under the supervision of sports officer. All the major sports events like Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Athletics, Badminton, and other outdoor, indoor games are organized in the college. All the sports' events are organized with the cooperation of teachers in able guidance of sport suprintendant Mr. Pradeep Kumar.
STUDENTs' WELFARE AND GUIDENCE CELL
